For the more experienced lifter looking to take their overall physique to the next level. A long term solution to body sculpting and achieving an aesthetically conditioned physique.

Split

Split is a more advanced muscle building and body sculpting program designed for the experienced lifter, bodybuilder, physique competitor and bikini competitor. Available in 3 day a week and 6 day a week workout formats.

Muscle Mass

Muscle Mass is my fundamental 12-week muscle building program divided into three phases. Each phase lasts 4 weeks and each week is a different microcycle. Regardless of the week, you'll work every body part once per week in the 4-day split.

Power Building

Powerbuilding is a training style that combines elements of bodybuilding and powerlifting. It involves training for strength on the 'Big 3' lifts (Squat, Bench & Deadlift) while simultaneously building muscle.

Big 3

My most advanced strength training program involving the 3 most important lifts the squat, deadlift & bench. It’s a program that will help you add big numbers to your personal bests on each lift and build a considerable amount of muscle. In other words, it’s the best of both strength and size. Get ready to go heavy and grow.

Armageddon

Since getting big arms is a common goal that almost all of us have, I figured it made perfect sense to give you a program aimed at building them up.

I always believed to look like an athlete you have to train like an athlete and the concept of this program is familiar to that. Its about putting your body together completely and making you symmetrical, powerful and functional. Looking good is part of the process. Function also makes you move just as good.

HIIT

HIIT is designed for moderate to advanced lifters who want rapid fat loss and/or total fitness conditioning but who don’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym. It is a 3-phase program that lasts for 6 weeks with each phase consisting of 2 weeks.
